1. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. If you are not located in one of these areas and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Local Shipments within the UAE: For orders with a value above AED 200, shipping is free of charge and will take 1 to 3 working days to arrive.

4. International Shipments: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated upon checkout in partnership with DHL. Delivery duration for international orders is estimated to be 1 to 5 working days.

5. Customs/Duties & VAT: For orders outside of the UAE, we will only charge for the shipping fees at checkout. Customs/Duties & VAT (if any) will be charged by the courier at the receiving country.

6. Gift Card Delivery: Gift card delivery process is instant, and sometimes it might take up to 12 hours maximum.

7. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order online and see its delivery status.
