1. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. If you are not located in one of these areas and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Local Shipments within the UAE: For orders with a value above AED 200, shipping is free of charge and will take 1 to 3 working days to arrive.
4. International Shipments: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated upon checkout in partnership with DHL. Delivery duration for international orders is estimated to be 1 to 5 working days.
5. Customs/Duties & VAT: For orders outside of the UAE, we will only charge for the shipping fees at checkout. Customs/Duties & VAT (if any) will be charged by the courier at the receiving country.
